Order Processing Times
We want your purchases to reach you quickly and in perfect condition. For this reason, under normal conditions, your order is prepared and handed over to the express courier on the next business day after payment confirmation. If it happens that our workload is higher than usual, we will inform you immediately: transparency is part of our commitment to you. This way, you can shop knowing exactly when you will receive your products. What does this mean? By “order processing time” we mean the period from the receipt of the order to the delivery of the package to the courier. We act promptly to get you what you have chosen without unnecessary delays.
Types of Shipping
To guarantee you a fast, secure, and tailored service, we offer 24-hour express courier shipping, fully trackable (SDA, BRT, DHL). As soon as your order is handed over to the courier, you will receive a link to track every stage of your package’s journey online. Prefer to pick it up in person? Direct collection is also available at our warehouses, allowing you to get your purchases immediately without shipping costs. Included in the shipping costs: careful packaging, order management, and customer support. We recommend grouping your items into a single order, as each separate order incurs its own shipping costs.
Secure and Protective Packaging
Your package will travel under your responsibility, but we are committed to protecting each item with the utmost care. We use appropriately sized boxes and protective materials to prevent damage from impacts or accidental drops, with particular attention given to fragile items. Choose the shipping option that best suits your needs and receive your products quickly and in perfect condition.
Delivery
Our couriers are carefully selected for efficiency and reliability. Deliveries take place during the following standard hours: Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays) 09:00 – 13:00 and 14:00 – 18:00 The delivery times indicated in the “indicative delivery times” table are estimates and may vary only due to exceptional circumstances such as traffic, weather conditions, or orders from authorities. Important note: Any delays attributable to the courier are beyond our control, but we will always stand by you until your order reaches its destination. Our goal is your complete satisfaction. 2. Check your cart
On the My Cart page, you can adjust quantities, remove items, and instantly see shipping costs and delivery times. Before proceeding, you still have time to add anything else you may need.
3. Log in or checkout immediately
Already have an account? Enter your credentials and you’re all set. Don’t want to register? You can purchase as a guest or with PayPal Checkout. However, if you register, you’ll enjoy exclusive prices, tracked orders, and loyalty discounts.
4. Enter your shipping details
Carefully fill in the delivery information. If you need an invoice, send us an email with the complete details. And remember: for orders over €50, shipping is free.
5. Choose your payment method
All our payments are secure and immediate: Bank Transfer (sending the receipt via email), PayPal or Credit Card (even without a PayPal account), Postepay Top-Up, Amazon Pay, or Cash on Delivery (pay in cash upon delivery).

Terms of Sale
Premise
These General Online Terms and Conditions of Sale (“T&Cs”) govern the sales contract (“Contract”) for the products (“Product/s”) offered by STICKERSLAB S.r.l., headquartered at Via Tazio Nuvolari 18/b, 43122 Parma, VAT No. 02818460343 (“Seller”), through the website www.fluostyle.it (“Site”), to users (“Customer/s”). The T&Cs apply exclusively to Customers qualifying as “Consumers” pursuant to Article 3, paragraph 1, letter a) of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), meaning natural persons acting for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial or professional activity they may carry out, and who are of legal age. All information on the Site is in Italian. Before submitting the order, the Customer declares that they have read the T&Cs and the information provided on the Site and that the purchase is intended for personal use. The Customer also declares that they have the legal capacity to be bound under these T&Cs.
1 - Subject
The T&Cs define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the distance sale of goods offered in the online store www.fluostyle.it.
2 - Territory and scope of the offer
This version of the T&Cs applies to sales made to Consumers domiciled or residing in Italy.
3 - Contractual documents
The Contract consists of: (i) these T&Cs; (ii) the order confirmation. The images and photographs of the Products are for descriptive purposes only and do not constitute a contractual element.
4 - Order receipt
The order confirmation via “validation click” constitutes an irrevocable commitment by the Customer, except as provided in the sections on Right of Withdrawal and Order Fulfillment.
5 - Order acceptance
Il Contratto si conclude solo con la conferma dell’ordine da parte di STICKERSLAB S.r.l., inviata via email con il riepilogo (Prodotti, prezzi, tempi di consegna, spese di spedizione). STICKERSLAB S.r.l. potrà non confermare ordini per motivi legati ad approvvigionamenti o a criticità dell’ordine ricevuto. STICKERSLAB S.r.l. non è responsabile per errori di consegna derivanti da dati incompleti o inesatti inseriti dal Cliente, né per danni occorsi ai Prodotti dopo la consegna al vettore, né per ritardi ad esso imputabili.
6 - Product availability
The offers on the Site are valid while they remain online and until stock runs out. Any unavailability of one or more Products will be communicated via email to the address associated with the Customer’s profile. In the event of purchasing an unavailable Product, STICKERSLAB S.r.l. will refund the price and shipping costs using the same payment method (card, PayPal) or via bank transfer.
7 - Prices and invoicing
Prices are expressed in Euros and include 22% VAT. The applied price is the one published at the time the order is placed. Any delivery charges, if applicable, are indicated in the order confirmation. Any “initial price” shown as crossed out corresponds to the brand’s official price list.
8 - Payments
The Customer submits the order and pays at the same time using the methods available on the Site. The Customer guarantees that they have the necessary authorizations for the chosen payment method. In the absence of payment, STICKERSLAB S.r.l. may cancel the order. For card payments, STICKERSLAB S.r.l., in order to always ensure the best service, may request a copy of the cardholder’s identity document within 24 hours; if not provided, it may refuse the payment and cancel the order. Payment data is processed over a secure SSL connection.
9 - Transfer of risks
The risks pass to the Customer upon delivery of the Products to the carrier by STICKERSLAB S.r.l. During the withdrawal period (Art. 13), the Customer is responsible for the goods as their custodian.
10 - Order fulfillment
The order is fulfilled within the timeframes indicated on the Site and in the confirmation, and in any case within 30 days from confirmation, unless stock is unavailable. In the event of depletion or unavailability, the Customer will be promptly informed and, if applicable, a new availability date will be provided (see Art. 6).
11 - Delivery
Delivery area: Italy. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, to the address indicated by the Customer (street level, unless otherwise specified). Any delivery to upper floors, if available, must be requested at the time of order confirmation. Unless otherwise specified, no installation service is provided. STICKERSLAB S.r.l. entrusts delivery to selected couriers; P.O. Boxes are not valid as delivery addresses. The transport document signed by the Customer serves as proof of receipt of the goods. Upon delivery, customers are advised to check the condition and conformity of the Products before signing: in the event of anomalies, refuse delivery or note detailed, dated written reservations on the courier’s document, confirming them to STICKERSLAB S.r.l. by registered letter with return receipt within 3 working days. If the carrier is chosen by the Customer from among parties not offered during the purchase process, the risk of damage or loss passes to the Customer at the moment the goods are delivered to that carrier. Deliveries to areas with special postal codes (e.g., Venice Lagoon) may be subject to different rates. Orders from abroad require a delivery address in Italy.
12 - Failure to collect
If the recipient is absent, the courier will leave a notice. After a second unsuccessful attempt, the Products can be collected according to the procedures communicated by the courier. Once the storage period has expired, the Products will be returned to STICKERSLAB S.r.l., which may refund only the price of the Products, with shipping, storage, and return costs remaining the responsibility of the Customer.
13- Right of withdrawal
The Customer may withdraw without providing any reason within 14 days from receipt of the Product (the tracking date applies). To exercise the right, an explicit declaration must be sent to info@stickerslab.com (or by post/fax), indicating the recipient, order number, and date of receipt. A standard withdrawal form is available upon request. The Product must be returned within 14 days from the withdrawal notice, properly packaged, complete, and in normal condition. The risks of return and the return shipping costs are borne by the Customer. Returns of products that are damaged, worn, or altered due to improper use, detergents/additives, or negligence will not be accepted. The refund of all payments made, including standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs for more expensive delivery methods chosen by the Customer), will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase, within 14 days from the receipt of the returned Product in compliant condition at our warehouse. Exceptions (Art. 59 of the Consumer Code): including goods made to measure or clearly personalized; goods that are likely to deteriorate rapidly; sealed goods not suitable for return for hygienic reasons if opened after delivery; digital content not provided on a physical medium after execution has started with the Customer’s express consent; and other cases listed in Art. 59.
14 - Warranty
Products undergo quality control before shipment. The manufacturer’s 24-month legal warranty against lack of conformity and the warranty for hidden defects provided by the Civil Code apply. Any warranty extensions, if available, are indicated in the certificate included with the Product and do not cover damage caused by improper use. To activate the warranty, the Customer must ship the Product to STICKERSLAB S.r.l. at their own expense, attaching the order receipt; if replacement is not possible, a refund of the price will be issued.
15 - Use of the site
Descriptions and images are provided by suppliers and published for descriptive purposes. Color rendering may vary depending on the Customer’s devices. STICKERSLAB S.r.l. is not responsible for issues in using the Site caused by technologies beyond its control.
16 - Intellectual and industrial property rights
The Site and the distinctive signs used are protected by intellectual and industrial property rights. Any reproduction, communication, distribution, publication, alteration, or transformation without authorization is prohibited. The trademarks on the Products remain the property of their respective owners.
17 - Protection of personal data
Data Controller: STICKERSLAB S.r.l. The data collected during registration and purchase is processed in accordance with the privacy policy available on the Site’s Privacy page and at the time of registration. Payment data is processed by banking institutions/payment service providers.
18 - Electronic signature
The “validation click” is equivalent to an electronic signature and has the same value between the parties as a handwritten signature.
19 - Contract integrity
The T&Cs constitute the entire agreement between the parties. No general or specific condition of the Customer may derogate from these T&Cs unless agreed in writing.
20 - Partial nullity
The nullity or invalidity of one or more clauses does not entail the nullity of the remaining ones, which shall remain valid and effective.

22 - Applicable law and jurisdiction
The Contract is deemed to be concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law (Civil Code, Legislative Decree 185/99, Legislative Decree 70/2003, Consumer Code, and subsequent amendments). For disputes, the Court of Parma has exclusive jurisdiction. If the Customer is a Consumer acting for purposes unrelated to professional activity, the court of the Customer’s place of residence or domicile in Italy shall have jurisdiction.

PayPal
Fast and immediate. With PayPal, we receive payment in real time and can process your order right away. There is no need to share your card details with the store.
Bank transfer
After placing your order, we will provide you with the bank details and instructions to make the transfer in our favor. It’s a traditional solution and very easy to carry out from your home banking.
Credit cards
We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express cards. Payments are managed through PayPlug, a PCI DSS-certified platform that offers the highest level of protection for online transactions. In addition, we apply 3D Secure security protocols (Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode, and American Express SafeKey): at the time of purchase, you will be asked for an additional authentication, making the transaction even more secure.
Cash on delivery
Do you prefer to pay when the package arrives? With cash on delivery, you can do so without any advance payment: you pay in cash directly to the courier. This service is reserved for registered customers, includes an additional fee calculated in the cart, and has a maximum limit of €999.00 per order. To make collection easier, we kindly ask you to prepare the exact amount, as the courier may not have change available.
Pay with your Amazon account
With Pay with Amazon, you can complete your purchase in just a few clicks, using the cards saved in your Amazon account. Select the option, log in with your credentials, and confirm: payment details remain stored only on Amazon. Whichever method you choose, your transactions are protected, and your order is given priority handling. Your security and trust are always our top priority.
