The information notice also draws inspiration from Recommendation No. 2/2001, which the European authorities for the protection of personal data, meeting in the Group established by Article 29 of Directive No. 95/46/EC, adopted on May 17, 2001, to identify certain minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online, and, in particular, the methods, timing, and nature of the information that data controllers must provide to users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purposes of the connection.

Browsing Data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate these websites acquire, during their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects but which, by its very nature, could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.

Data Voluntarily Provided by the User
Stickerslab S.r.l. will process the personal data provided by the user at the time of registration, when requesting a specific service, or otherwise within the relationship with the www.fluostyle.it portal.
Such data may include:

The provision of personal data is a necessary requirement for the provision and subsequent use of the requested services. Failure to provide certain data (personal, email address, payment details, etc.) may result in the inability of the Data Controller to provide the requested services.
As for payment data, these will not be processed by the fluostyle.it portal since, at the time of payment, the user will be redirected to the PayPal payment page (PayPal network) or the Amazon login page (in the case of Amazon Pay payments), where they will enter their credit card details or Amazon profile information. Stickerslab S.r.l. will subsequently receive confirmation of the successful payment.
Stickerslab S.r.l. will indicate, from time to time, also through its forms on the fluostyle.it portal, the data whose provision is strictly necessary for the use of the Services and any additional data whose provision is necessary only to enhance the user experience.
The user assumes responsibility for third-party personal data published or shared on this site and guarantees that they have the right to communicate or disseminate them, releasing the Data Controller from any liability toward third parties.
Data Controller, Data Processor, and DPO
The Data Controller is Stickerslab S.r.l., represented by its legal representative. The list of external data processors is constantly updated and available at the company’s registered office. No DPO has been appointed.
Purposes of Data Processing
The personal data you provide will be used for the following purposes:

Data will be stored in a form that allows the identification of data subjects only for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were originally collected and, in any case, within the limits of the law.

In particular, all data relating to the website, as well as their backup copies, are stored on servers hosted in data centers within the European Union and compliant with current EU regulations.
Data Retention Period
Data is processed for the time necessary to provide the requested service or as required by the purposes described in this document, and the user may always request the interruption of processing or the deletion of data.
Data Communication to Third Parties
No data will be disclosed. If communication to third-party suppliers, consultants, or partners is necessary to provide services, the Data Controller will appoint them as data processors pursuant to Article 28 of the Regulation, based on their proven capacity, experience, and reliability.
Identifying data may be communicated to transport companies with which Stickerslab S.r.l. has contracts for the delivery of products purchased on the websites of the Data Controller.
It is understood that users’ personal data may be freely communicated to third parties, such as law enforcement or other public administrations, whenever permitted by law or required by an order or measure of a competent authority. These subjects will process the data as independent data controllers.
